Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition
- Unused and in its original packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We will resolve the issue promptly, including offering a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank

Cancellations
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After this time, your order may already be processed. However, you may still return the item once it has been delivered.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Please contact us to arrange an exchange if needed.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not accept returns on used items.
